A) RESERVATION PROCEDURES:
1. Reservations can only be made for a maximum period of 2 days. Once that time is up, we will make the item available to the next interested buyer.
2. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are no longer interested with the item.
3. Priority will be given to those who have submitted their order form with full details of both buyer and the reserved item.

B) PAYMENT PROCEDURES:
1. Payment can be made using bank transfer, cash deposit and paypal.
2. It is a mandatory for customer to PRINT SCREEN payment proof after payment are made.
3. Buyer will bear the postage fees based on parcel weight.

C) DELIVERY PROCEDURES:
1. Delivery are using Pos Laju by Pos Malaysia.
2. Once tracking number is given, please "Track & Trace" your tracking number from Pos Malaysia page:

3. We will not be liable for any losses/damages caused during the delivery of goods using the mentioned delivery service.

D) OTHER
1. Pricing are not negotiable and for serious buyers only.
2. These are non-restockable items, therefore we serve customer as per first come first serve basis.
3. Items sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangable unless items are defective caused by the manufacturing of goods.
